How to Apply

In addition to submitting the application below, you will need the following to complete the application packet:

	Complete Application Form Complete online or request one be sent to you
	Application Essay mailed or faxed to UGST emailed to rmorley@ugst.org
	GRE scores Request scores be sent to UGST (school number:4716)
	Official transcripts from ALL colleges/universities attended Follow directions from your college/university website OR Download request form and submit to college/university with requisite payment
	Pastoral Reccomendation Download form and print Follow instructions on form regarding submission
	Academic Recommendation Download form and print Follow instructions on form regarding submission
	Personal Recommendation Download form and print Follow instructions on form regarding submission
	Financial Aid Package File FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and discuss options with the Admissions Office
